What is a Revelation Fitness® Class? It’s unlike any other faith and fitness class because it is designed to train your faith first, then your fitness (and body) will simply fall in line.
WHY – To build community where perfection isn’t required and where your brokenness is welcome. To offer up what we have, and leaving the rest up to the Lord. To offer a safe place to land when you’re feeling weary, not enough, or too much. To celebrate and call out the good in those around you instead of basing your worth on how you compare to them. To create a training ground for life and refusing to shrink back when things get hard. To offer a safe place for you to come and to move your body while the Lord works on your heart.

Gear to bring
Monday: yoga mat, water, comfortable clothes
Wednesday: supportive shoes, hand weights, water *shoes optional
Friday: shoes that allow you to pivot, water *shoes optional
